Vision Board Template: Printable Pages for Letter and A4
Free printable vision board templates: a grid, six life areas, a 12-month year and a single goal page, at real size for Letter or A4. No images needed.
Your entries are used only in this browser. Nothing you type into this tool is uploaded or saved by us. Download what you need before closing the page. For paper output, open Print and choose your printer or “Save as PDF.” Try a single test sheet at actual size before preparing a batch.
Choose a vision board template
Each template is drawn as a vector page at the real size of Letter or A4 paper, in portrait or landscape. They are blank on purpose: you fill them in by hand, with words, stickers or pasted pictures. No images are included or needed.
- Grid of twelve boxes: a flexible page for words, photos or short notes, one per box.
- Six life areas: the same six areas as the board maker (work and learning, health and rest, people and community, home and surroundings, money and resources, joy and exploration), each with lines for one intention.
- Yearly, twelve months: a box for each month with a focus and one win to aim for. Change the year if you plan for a different one.
- Single goal: one page for one goal, with why it matters, what done looks like, three first steps, what might get in the way, who can help and four check-in boxes.
Print it at the right size
Choose Print or save as PDF, then pick the same paper size and orientation in the print dialog and keep the scale at 100%. If the edges look cut off, check that the dialog is not set to scale or fit to page. To keep a file, choose Download SVG; a vector file stays sharp at any size.
- US Letter is 8.5 by 11 inches. A4 is 210 by 297 millimeters. Pick the one your printer holds.
- Use a plain sheet for writing. A slightly heavier paper holds glue better if you paste pictures.
- Print one test page before you print several.
Ways to fill a template in
Write short phrases first, in pencil. Add color or pictures after you are happy with the words. A template can hold a words-only board, a collage or a mix.
- Write each intention so you could tell whether it happened.
- Use photos you took, drawings of your own, or images you have permission to use if the board will be shared.
- Leave a box empty on purpose when you are not ready to commit to something.
- Use the ideas page for prompts if you are stuck.
Using the yearly and single-goal pages together
Start with the single-goal page for the one thing that matters most this year. Then use the yearly page to spread small steps across the months. Check the single-goal page at each check-in, and rewrite a box when your plans change.
